The Zeus planetary mixer from the renowned ITALIAN brand Z.MATIK is a mixer entirely made of painted metal. The tools and protections are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, suitable for food contact. Solid and quiet, it is suitable for small and medium laboratories for the production of various types of pastes and creams, sweet or savory. The machine is suitable for emulsifying, whipping, kneading and mixing. The tank capacity is 40, 60 or 80 liters. Each model is available in three variants: 3 speeds, inverter or digital display. The tank lift can be manual or automatic. Easy to use and clean, it is also equipped with adjustable feet, in case the surface is irregular.
