With 17 trays of 70x45 cm and a production of 78 kg per hour, it offers maximum efficiency and uniformity in baking. Manufactured with 430 stainless steel on front, interior and exterior, it guarantees durability and hygiene. Equipped with uniform baking system through regulation of hot air outlet screens on both sides, 4-step bimetallic heat exchanger for maximum energy utilization, and double static steam injection (cascade and hot bath) for uniform steam distribution. Available in multiple consumption options: natural gas, LPG, electricity, hybrid, diesel and pellets. Includes digital and electromechanical control panel, 3 motors with protection, automatic burner and stainless steel ramp for cart access.
