Product Description

The Schepens Pastry Dough Sheeter is a compact and efficient machine designed especially for pastry making. It processes up to 8 kg of dough with two rollers of 112x500 mm. It is equipped with a 1.5 HP (2.8 KW) motor that operates with three-phase current (220/380V, 50 or 60 Hz). Its gear and chain transmission system ensures durability, while adjustment via lever and rack allows precise control of lamination thickness, reaching a minimum of 1 mm. The stainless steel tables ensure hygiene and easy maintenance. Includes safety stop system to protect the operator.
