Product Description

The Schepens Semi-Automatic Dough Sheeter is a high-performance machine designed to process up to 15 kg of dough. Equipped with three rollers of 600x170 mm, it is powered by a 5.5 HP (4.12 KW) motor with three-phase current (220/380V, 50 or 60 Hz). Its gear and chain transmission system ensures durability and reliability. Roller opening adjustment is done via worm wheel, allowing precise control and achieving a minimum lamination thickness of 10 mm. Features a PVC canvas system for efficient dough handling.
