The Rotary Oven MF 70/15 is a professional oven designed for medium volume productions. With 15 trays of 70×45 cm and a production of 70 kg per hour, it offers efficiency and uniformity in baking. Manufactured with 430 stainless steel on front, interior and exterior, it guarantees durability and hygiene. Equipped with high-density mineral wool insulation, three-pass heat exchanger fully constructed in stainless steel, and high-performance cascade steam system for uniform steam distribution. Available in multiple consumption options: natural gas, LPG, gas-oil, electricity, with pellet burner or hybrid. Includes digital and electromechanical control panel, automatic steam generation, 2 motors with protection, automatic burner, thermal power of 48,000 kcal/h and stainless steel ramp for cart access with overhead movement.
